The face helps us express our emotions and influences other people’s impressions of who we are. Aging, sun damage, pollution, nicotine, and genetic makeup are factors that can negatively impact the appearance of our faces. Unwanted lines and wrinkles may make us look unhappy, tired, or older than we really are. A Woman’s Touch will ensure that your face’s natural beauty is accentuated through Dr. Glass’ skillful, conservative approach to cosmetic surgery.

Gravity, stress, aging, and exposure to the sun can cause your skin to sag, forming unwanted wrinkles, jowls, folds, and fat deposits on your face and neck. Though it is impossible to halt the aging process, a facelift can turn back the clock and make you look healthier and younger.
The procedure can be performed on its own or in conjunction with other procedures such as a forehead lift or eyelid surgery. A facelift usually involves incisions made along the hairline extending around the ears. Any excess skin or fat is removed. Dr. Glass tightens the remaining tissue and the skin is secured with sutures to leave you with a more youthful, natural appearance.

Puffy eyelids and baggy eyes can often make you look tired and older than you really are. Cosmetic eyelid surgery, also known as a blepharoplasty, can take care of that haggard, tired look and dramatically reduce signs of aging. In some cases, the procedure has even been known to improve vision impaired by sagging of skin over the upper eyelids.
During eyelid surgery, Dr. Glass makes tiny incisions along the natural lines of your eyelids and removes any excess fat and skin. The incisions are closed with fine sutures, leaving practically invisible scars. Cosmetic eyelid surgery may be performed in conjunction with a facelift or forehead lift.

The lines on your forehead and creases just above the nose can not only make you appear older than you want to look, but they can also make you appear angry, exhausted, or worried.
A forehead lift, also referred to as a browlift, tightens and lifts the skin of the forehead, eliminating unsightly creases and restoring a youthful appearance. The procedure is sometimes performed in conjunction with eyelid surgery or a facelift. Dr. Glass frequently performs a “modified” forehead lift through the small incision used for the upper eyelid lift without the need for additional incisions.
